Allow the user to select which way they want to calculate the mortgage: By input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage and the interest rate of the mortgage or By input of the amount of the mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans: - 7 years at 5.35% - 15 years at 5.5% - 30 years at 5.75% In either case, display the mortgage payment amount. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Add graphics in the form of a chart. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection, or quit. Load the interest rates for the 7 year, 15 year, and 30 year loans from a file. Insert comments to document the program.

Basic info:
I need a application written in VB.net that can choose random pictures from a folder and make them into a video.
It should not use all pictures, I want to be able to set in the app how many pictures it should choose by random.
Another folder will have audio in mp3-format. I want the app to by random choose a audio-file and use it in the video.
More info:
If a picture is named "waertesr-2.jpg" then it should be shown for 2 seconds in the video. If a picture is named "ewrwed-15.jpg" then it should be shown for 15 seconds.
The audio should only be as long as the video so your app have to cut the end of the audio-file to make it fit the video.

For this we"ll us a handheld terminal with integrated barcode scanner. The Operating system is Windows CE 5.0
Scoop:
After scanning the barcode on a beverage bottle the application search in a kind of built- in database (csv file) and after matching is will serve the corresponding data ( amount of sugar in the drink) in the display. That's all.
We will provide the excel file with barcodes and corresponding values.
