I have a single form(edit.html.erb) that is written in Rails, and need it converted to PHP. The form is not complex, but populates some SELECTs from different tables and also stores data in several tables. Currently each input on the form saves data individually using Ajax. I want to simplify the form to use a single submit button. - form selects store name from table by looking up request.remote_addr - form then populates 5 select dropdowns with employee names - table of sales terminals is generated based on number of terminals in selected store (1 to 4 terminals) I have attached some images of the form, as well as form HTML from Rails version. I have an existing PHP/MySQL admin page that allows you to view the listing and send emails to the users. Building on the existing program file mailerdb.php, I would like a new additional expanded admin page. Still incorporating the existing email functions (perhaps in different module) to email a client, but adding the ability to edit any record and update/change or delete the record before editing. I would also like a search function, to search name, email or Book_UID2 fields in the database and display the records with an EDIT and EMAIL button next to the resulting records. There is an additional field "GroupNo" - if you search for a group number, for example, 003, it may display two or four linked records, where the field "Book_UID2" would be updated in all the search results, perhaps by selecting a check box for each record to have the Book_UID2 field updated with the same book number. This page will be the master admin page for the database. I've setup the files in a test folder on the server at http://gotravelus.com/fliptest/ so you can see how I have the forms set up. I've copied the database to a test database and have entered the password etc into the php files. I will upload the original files to the programmer. | |

Please be aware that the site is currently live, however gets minimal use at the moment, as it needs some improvement. It is running an upgraded camscripts script. Which over the past year, we have had various programmers perform upgrades on it, to make it better suit out needs. However we are requiring the following features to be installed into it: + Ability fro admin to be able to edit/change a performers username + Ability to add / deduct credits from a performers account (as I can currently do with members). For example I did some test transactions with models, however they still have the credits in their account. + Simple installation of setting up the code with the mailing list - on admin panel. Previously there was no code behind this form? Also Could you also clarify what the difference is between members and paid members? + Ability for admin to change the uploading pic for the models Proof of Age ID. + Ability for admin to add private notes against each account (that only other admins can see). + Ability to see which member is online (admin panel) at the moment I can see the number of members currently online, but I have no idea who + Also the easier viewing of recorded videos implemented on the site (that is where all the videos of all teh members are displayed on one screen, regardless of who made them). + Any other suggestions that you can provide!
