I recently purchased an advanced multiple WYSIWYG website builder & client management system which iincludes automated ordering process, sophisticated Trial & Real Site management whereby a user/member can select a website template and create their own site in 3 easy steps. External templates & text allow for complete re-branding & translation. I am need this to build a wedding website service. The script promises to deliver on most but the design and wedding templates will need to be customised and re-branded entirely. This will require very good web design and HTML skills as all the templates are all external html files and 99% of text is also external, so there will be no searching through reams of code to change the wording of something. The script also comes with extensive instructions on how to modify and build a templates for the site with HTML page details etc There are 2 options here: Option1 1. The first is to customise this script and totally re-brand it as well as design including the design and integration of 12 (6 Flash & 6 HTML) Custom Wedding Templates. Option 2 Build the site from scratch with 12 (6 Flash & 6 HTML) Custom Templates. They also have there affilate link. And a option to send it to a friend. When they upload a video they got credits for it ( money ) what they can see in there account. I have designed a layout for a client and will now need the site coded using tableless css and html. I've created the page in Photoshop CS3 and its all very well layered and structured( I've input a .png image into Dreamweaver to show the client but I have not done any of the 'proper' css. The preview is here: http://www.divineresearch.com/stage2/preview.html To note: I will do the Flash image for each page (in the box) I will also do a flash item for the "clients words" section I can let you know where there will be rollovers (on menu items and email and within body text, 'more' items). There will also be a email sign-up (first, last name & email address) on the home page which should integrate into MailChimp email sender. This is not yet on the visual. Divine News section will change every month so I want to give the client the ability to do this themselves. It should not be complicated and therefore I would like you to look into implementing http://www.cushycms.com/ in the left hand "news" box and the main content area on each page. For example, they will need to be able to add as few or as many news items as they need to (using cushy cms) and also change the text in the main content area. I don't really need a more complex cms. I have not used Cushy before but it seems ideal (i.e. simple!). The rest of the pages follow the same basic structure and follow a similar style (menu / large rectangle at top) but may have slightly different bottom section (perhaps another column). I would like a .js overlay for the employee page. ie click on the person and their biography overlays. See http://flowplayer.org/tools/overlay.html So - Seven quite simple pages in total. My requirements are as follows; Static pages of up to 10 pages each. The idea is for people to be able to pick/select the types of cakes they would like to order and be able to email their requests via a click of a button. I will also like to be able to update images on the website. In due course, I would like them to be able to make payments via the page (I think PayPal would be okay for now until we put the necessary infrastructure in place esp. in the area of security). As this is a start-up intend to create a website with a view of incorporating other features in the future. We need help taking our site to an improved level of performance and traffic handling, and need someone who is well-versed in optimizing and analyzing Joomla site performance to help. Our Joomla 1.0.15 site is growing in popularity and we're having some issues dealing with the traffic spikes/peaks. We recently started running IRC Maxell's Page Caching component to help but even with that in place, our server often fails to handle the traffic and the site goes offline or the VPS requires a reboot. Even a mild StumbleUpon or Digg effect causes this, with less than 100 users on the site in some cases. Frankly, I'm tired of having to reboot the server every time we do this, because we want to actually be able to handle this traffic and not crash because of it. I don't know how much of this is due to Joomla itself or the VPS server, but our hosting company of course blames Joomla and the hammering of the CPU with SQL calls etc. We need to do what we can with our current setup to maximize performance, and make and implement a longer term plan for getting to 'greener pastures'. Specific tasks: 1) Analyze current site configuration and traffic history (i.e. don't want you to just start throwing solutions at it, you need to actually analyze and test first) 2) Inspect and if necessary fine tune the IRC Maxell Page Caching component, and ensure it is working properly with all Joomla add-ins (we are seeing for example ads failing to appear in some cases, which are being served by iJoomla Ad Agency component. 3) Make recommendations for other changes to site and/or hosting configuration, coordinate with me to implement and test each recommendation. There needs to be real, tangible results at the end of this project for us — specifically, that our site can better handle its current traffic, and we have also have a roadmap to what needs to happen in the future to better handle increased traffic. For that reason there may be a bonus to the coder based on the results and their performance under this project. At the end of this project, we need the load time for non-cached pages to be much lower — right now non-cached pages take from 7-12 seconds to load. |

I need someone to create a website that has the functionality and features of these two sites. dex search marketing .com and get found local .com I am looking to be a one stop shop for local search seo. I want to be able to create a storefront (landing page for each client) like dex, and list it on the site geographically, and then by category. The store front will look like a citysearch listing and be contained in a specific area of the site. I need to be able to have clients sign up for services, give them options and packages to choose from, and also offer a sign up for sponsored listing management. It really needs to be a functional copy of both sites. I need it to also allow paypal checkout. I need someone to do this project fast and cheap. It really is not that big of a project, a lot of the graphics are se related so those are free, I like the look of get found local a bit better, but it must have all the functionality of the two sites to give information to the client about the service, and be able to sign them up with the correct forms etc. I would love to be able to automatically populate the local se listings with my gathered info, but realize this might be stage two.
